Artists can stay, record and focus on their projects without any distractions. The Villa at The Saltmine Studio Oasis offers you everything you need to make an awesome record without having to leave the building! As in the Bungalow, The Villa offers several flat screen HD satellite TV’s, and a newly added pool table has been added to complete the vibe. 

Saltmine welcomes Our Newest Room, Studio E, The Writers Room” 1300 sq. Ft Bungalow Studios with Pro Tools Ultimate and a host of Plugins to suite your Tracking and Mixing palette. Traditional Iso Room as pictured or use the Floater Mic which allows your artist to stay with the gang, in the main room to synergize with your entourage. Our best “party” room too, it has a private Kitchen and 2 private ADA Bathrooms plus a Roman Tub Room-  

We keep a beautiful, warm Neumann M149 Tube Condenser Microphone and a Shure SM7B in the room unless otherwise asked for something else.

Available for hourly services with Saltmine and or Guest Engineer as well as daily, weekly and monthly occupancy as your own VIP Suite for your Guests.
